My family or cats keep waking me up during sleep

How the fuck do I stop them from disturbing my sleep? My room is connected to the garage, as well as the dryer and washer, and that’s where my cats stay. My dumbass family keeps letting the cats out and then one of them plays with my hair while I’m sleep which wakes me up.

I’m supposed to be sleeping during puberty and my family are sabotaging my puberty I believe, which is making me pissed. How do I stop them from waking me up?
