my family sabotages my diet, what do i tell them to stop?

i wish this was jfl. im 17 yrs old and my family makes these slop dinners almost every day, if not making just getting out. im 180 pounds 5'10 and feel like ultimate shit.

im trying to get to 120 but my goyslop family is sabotaging me, how do i tell them i want to make my own dinners/eat on my own time in my own way?

im in the same situation my mom tried to serve me fucking pancakes for dinner last night and when i said id rather have no dinner she got so angry at me. wtf am i supposed to do when my pantry is stocked with soda and chips and my dinner has no nutrition, this is actual poison bro
