I mainly played video games and ate fast food tbh, just a late bloomer.
All I did was pray in bed every night, even had a period where I listened to subliminals at night, but I always woke up with an headache so I only did it for a month or so. The latter is obviously most likely cope, but it helped me psychologically through the hardships of being a manlet.
