(For context my parents are both in their late/early fifties my mother is 5'11 and fat as fuck, my father is 5'5 and unathletic because of health issues)
I got into an argument with my mother yesterday talking about the absurd, abhorrent and unrealistic standards men are held to and the lengths unattractive men have to go to be loved. She couldn't get her head around my points whatsoever and said that she effectively had to deal with the same standards it pisses me off so much because you starving yourself for a week when you were 16 obviously didn't fucking work did it? And she has the nerve to suggest that women have harsher treatment and standards than men and that taking research chemicals is the same as makeup. Fucking foids istg they've always been like this
