My fat nose will be the death of me

Every day at school it's discussed, there's no "waiting until I can get surgery" for me

So far I've tried
- Hydrocortisone for 2 months straight
- Benzoyl peroxide
- Lipogel
- Salicylic acid / other concoctions to reduce blackheads
- LIPOLAB, about 2ml total

And not a SINGLE change.

If anyone has ANY advice apart from surgery, I would appreciate it a lot
(not trying: threads - overtime make the nose fatter + my nasal bridge is high enough, and accutane - hard to get hands on + sides)

its rhino or nothing. Just get money and be patient. Work on everything else. Water advice but this is a silly thread. There's little to no way outside surgery and possibly Accutane for some people, to effect the size/fatness of the nose.

I plan on trying it soon. In theory it should work, because Kenalog (triamcinolone acetonide) has been shown to reduce cartilage thickness and induce degeneration.

Yeah, ehhh...you might just need to get a job, if you don't already have one, save up a lot of money, and work on getting a rhinoplasty. There's not much to it.
