Money isn't the issue in my case. It's just there's a bunch of problems with those methods.

1) Fillers - Not permanent and it can migrate to unwanted areas of the FACE. I might get chin filler in the future though because the chance of migration is lower relative to other areas.

2) Fat grafting - Has many potential unwanted complications...
