This is the first time I’ve cried in many years. It’s so fucking over.

I'm really sorry to hear that man, I can't imagine how it must feel to know that this will happen in 2 years, its like an expire date and that is really tough... 😔

What is he diagnosed with? For the case you don't want to answer it I can fully understand.
 
We all die at some point bhai
