Mogs but i have to do 5hr cardio otherwise ill gain fat

I dont starve myself you just lose muscle jfl
I starved my self before became skinnyfat now i started the gym to make up for it
I have a good and healthy relationship with food now

Theyre very ugly and believe they can make up for it with personality so they treat me like a god
