I ate roasted pork the other day at a buffet... damn it was juicy smoky and full of umami... very delicious. I like stroganoff, fish fillet, sausages, bacon, yogurt, cheese (not the homemade one because it has lumps) & dark chocolate (a delicacy which I don't have regularly).
