Back: Pull ups and Rows!
Chest: Bench press and flyes
Triceps:Closed grip bench press heavy 5-8 reps
Bíceps: Weighted Chin ups
Forearms: wrist curls and farmer carries
Legs: Squats and romanian deadlift
Delts: Behind the neck press and Upright rows
