It is for the vast vast majority. The only people that ramble online are those minority that get sides and those who get no results. You will rarely hear from people who have no sides and that treatment worked for, they have no reason to be on any hair loss talk.

There’s a reason after social media popped off side effects skyrocketed. And there were already millions of men on the medications prior, so that’s not the reason.

Obviously every drug has potential sides.

I see more of the mental side effects than the measureable ones like ED and gyno. A big one i see in observing fin users and ive noticed even myself is not being as resiliant to stress and being more emotional, thats not mesured in any studies. Its tough to measure that in a study, because it feels natural in the moment. Same thing with libido, when you have a low libido sometimes you just feel complacent with it like its normal.

Ive titrated my dosing and ive seen improvements in both areas. Ive felt the diffrence. Youre going to disagree with me but i think this happens in most people, they just dont notice it unless they hop off.

Arent you on exogenous hormones? I wouldnt expect you to feel any of these things.

I can’t say i’ve noticed any side effects personally from 5AR inhibitors.


Just stop using it. It bloats to fucking hell and back and made my skin look like shit. Used for 2 years. I quit over a year ago. Will never touch that bullshit again. Hair is NW0 thanks to Dut and RU. There is no case where minox of any kind is needed to maintain/thicken miniaturised hair, 5ARi and anti androgens are more than enough, results just take longer compared to minox.

Fuck, id be lying if i said i didnt notice that to. Coloring is off any my skin is dull. Ive used minox 2 diffrent times and ive had the same problem that went away after stopping but i was stupid and hopped back on for over a year now.
