Might not get Bimax tbh. Hopefully wraparound jaw implant is enough

Depends on the implant material but usually for silicone ones around 15-20K USD from Eppley and Yaremchuk

I don't think so. Zuzzcel got zygomatic arch implants+Wrap around jaw implant+Almond eye surgery

Neither are custom wrap around implants, and you got the surgeons wrong. The first was off the shelf jaw implants from Ed Terino decades ago, and the second is medpor chin and jaw implants plus an endoscopic neck tightening from Oscar Ramirez, not Eppley.
