my feet are so subhuman

I'm 6'2 and thought i was a size 11us but i was wrong. I'm actually a 10 and that's WITH flat feet. So my feet and by extension my forearms are actually a size 9 probably. I tried to buy a pair of size 10 but got suicidal in the store and bought 11 instead. 11 is already subhuman enough. my feet hurt like hell and i want to die. What can i do to fix this
