I'm trying to help a lesbian couple to have a child since this year. We have tried 4 times without success. (not by sexual intercourse but artisanal insemination). So I got a prescription for sperm analysis.
The results are alarming:
sperm volume normal
Only 10 million of spermatozoa per ml, normal value is 20 million or more
"vitality" 33%, normal is >54%
80% are atypical, only 20% are normal

I'm a useless man, unable to easily impregnate a woman, it's fucking over.
I take finasteride but I've read it mays affect only sperm count, not the other parameters.
