My Final Message

Hello all

every young man needs to hear this.

Most of you don’t know who I am, but a few will. I have been very active on here in the last 2 weeks but have used the platform without a profile since about 2024. I have gone from fat to skinny fat to jacked and 13% bfp. I was lazy, undisciplined, and objectively unattractive, and I’m now objectively attractive with a mind of discipline. I had nothing given to me and I had to work for everything I now possess. I’m young and still have my life ahead of me. I greatly appreciate the conversations I have had over this time and I hope that I have helped some of you with different things (pms still open)

This forum has made me deeply realize something I want to share as my final message. Looksmaxxing is not the end, but just the beginning. Looksmaxxing is a small part of something much larger (self improvement)

Self improvement consists of 3 pillars
- mind
- body
- soul

Looksmaxxing is a small part of the 2nd pillar. I still have my mind and soul to improve upon. Many of you are deeply sad without knowing why. When you feel empty at night it is because of the willful neglect of the 1st and 3rd pillar.

Your soul is the most important of these 3 pillars and going too deep into Looksmaxxing will greatly take away from it. I plan to read more, take my education further, and study the Bible as well as other theology and philosophy. I have a profitable business and a supplement company in California so I’m not totally in the dark. I hope many of you will read this and understand what I am trying to convey. You can be a chad but if you have not improved your mind and soul you will be left empty without purpose, this is the central problem in our current generation and society.

Many of you it seems do not want the long life I aim to have. Instead of choosing a path of virtue many of you pick a far less admirable path. Again, this is no disrespect to any member of the platform; I am only making an observation many of you have surely noticed as well.

“But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.” (1 Samuel 16:7)

One improves their soul through discipline and action, the constant strive toward virtue. I believe in the God of Moses, I read the Bible and strive toward the virtues told. If you live in the USA you live in what is called a post-modern Judea society. This essentially means a society that still follows the Christian virtues of old times, but tries to keep further from God. Why don’t you go out and rob a bank? Rousseau would say because of the social contract (we don’t live in a “state of nature”) but I would say it is because of inherent virtue in each one of us.

We must ask ourselves if we are the men we would want our daughters to marry. The answer for most would be no, you will know you have improved your soul when the answer to this question becomes yes.

To improve your soul you must be put through hardship, or as Augustine says “descend to ascend” (a star must burn). You can do this yourself by doing hard things every day, not just things that don’t have virtue. Do virtuous things such as abstinence, being kind to others,not preying on the week.

In my mind improving your soul comes down to having a pure heart. This is still a concept few will understand.

Even if you do not believe in God, if you follow the Bible you will live the best life. One day everyone will wake up and realize they should not have acquired 50 body’s in their teens and 20s through the pursuit of literal and utter vanity

why would I want to be like the man my daughter would marry that sounds silly

so ur saying to improve my soul I need to be virtuous ?

In part, I was saying that imagine your daughter meets a man exactly like you. This is entirely hypothetical, just an analogy

No difference, just depends on the person you want to be. I don’t want my soul to be shallow I want to be able to be pure and full of virtue. I mean most people don’t care about that. But it’s true that with a “good” soul you will be treated better because you won’t be shallow. You can only pretend to be a good person for so long. I know this too well tbh. U don’t believe in God I’m guessing so for you there would be no point other than to feel good about yourself. But for me, I know that i cannot achieve perfection in this life, but I can at least advance to higher degrees of it each day. And no one’s soul is fully good because of the fallen nature of the world
