My fingers are swolen from manual labour

Started working again after a months long hiatus and my hands need some time to adjust. Wonder do gymcels get swolen hands and fingers too?

Yea those oldcels have some massive hands. I get fluid retention swelling tho from overuse and don't know how to fix.
