My first ever facial surgery journey - 3 Vector Genioplasty

I have been planning this surgery from a long time ago, originally i was gonna wait unitil i got lean to 12% bf, but the money right now i have for this surgery and the future surgeries im going to do, are just getting wasted on useless things. I wanna get this over with as soon as possible and fix my biggest flaw and probably one of my biggest insecurities i had since 13-14 years old, since i "discovered the blackpill".


3D / 3 Vector / 3 Dimensional Genioplasty includes: Altering the 3 Dimensions of the chin, meaning - Width, Height, Projection. These are the measurments im gonna change in this surgery:
- Projection: +4mm
- Height: +3.5mm
- Width: +4.3mm


My surgeon will be: Dr.Mario Pagnoni, My surgery date will be: 9th Febuary at 10AM, Location : Italy, Rome

I would rather trust a surgeon with experience, he said that my only falio is my short midface and chin, i literally cannot see where i lack forward growth, and im not going to even begin to say how risky bimax is and how brutal the recovery is, here is another pic of my side profile, keep in mind im 25-27% bodyfat, im not saying my side profile is perfect, but if you think i need bimax there is something wrong with you.

In surgery there is risk to reward ratio, there is also cost to benefit ratio. OP has not considered the latter. 4 fucking mm projection genio that alone should have been enough to walk away, the best genio results come from people whos only falio is a bad facial convexity angle caused by retrogenia, check genio before and afters, ascensions come from 7-10mm horizontal genios from people WHO NEED THEM. Otherwise its not an ideal surgery, as many of us have already pointed out.

Yes that is true, it pushes the chin forward, but that is not my main goal, it is one of my goals, but the goal of the whole surgery is to make my overall chin shape bigger, meaning wider and taller, overall bigger. Bimax will help me only with the projection which already the genio does this job as you can see in the "predicted" CT scan, so bimax is not only 3 times more costly , 1 year in recovery, but also higher chance of botch , since every surgery has a chance of botch, its just not worth it, keep in mind as the other guy said, if you get bimax but you dont need it, you have higher chance of botching
