To address your current acne and scarring, look up isotretinoin, tazarotene, tretinoin, GHC-ku, and microneedling. You might need a few resurfacing laser sessions as a complementary measure to microneedling.

I have been planning this surgery from a long time ago, originally i was gonna wait unitil i got lean to 12% bf, but the money right now i have for this surgery and the future surgeries im going to do, are just getting wasted on useless things. I wanna get this over with as soon as possible and fix my biggest flaw and probably one of my biggest insecurities i had since 13-14 years old, since i "discovered the blackpill".


3D / 3 Vector / 3 Dimensional Genioplasty includes: Altering the 3 Dimensions of the chin, meaning - Width, Height, Projection. These are the measurments im gonna change in this surgery:
- Projection: +4mm
- Height: +3.5mm
- Width: +4.3mm


My surgeon will be: Dr.Mario Pagnoni, My surgery date will be: 9th Febuary at 10AM, Location : Italy, Rome

Yeah Pagoni probably knows better but if you only needed 4mm will it actually make a difference, that's the part I'm skeptical about. I agree with the other users, I don't think it will ascend you, but hopefully we are wrong

Yes it will, 3.5mm of heigh and 4.3mm of widening is a massive change to the chin, even in the predicted ct scan you can see it on the soft tissue and skeleton

compare the soft tissue ct scans , before and after , i really dont think i need more projection in the after. As i said im also overweight , but just try to cover the fat with finger to see how my side profile will look naturally, me personally im satisified
