My first experience with hypergamy in the real world

So about one year ago when I was 15 in high school, I asked out this mtb and she rejected me for some context I’m 6’2/190 cm lltn 215 lbs/ 98 kg and eventually a few weeks later I found out that her friend group had a group chat and they were talking about me one of her friends who is sub 3 5’4 270 lbs/kg122 if I had to guess her weight and they were talking about how I wasn’t even good enough for her and I don’t know what that did to me, but I
So humiliated and disappointed in myself that they were comparing me to that ogre in this truly made me realize the high standards teenage girls have for their looks matches but I’m super grateful this happened to me as this really truly made my eyes open up to hypergamy and stuff like that and how you will never be enough for the girl you want unless you’re a top 1% man and she’s a bottom 70% woman but this really made me lose interest in talking into girls ever since then I haven’t attempted anything with any girl no talking stage no nothing and I probably won’t for a long time ever since then, I’ve done multiple things trying to cope with it like going to the gym losing weight getting into Lm BS like that, but I think I have it recovered from this and won’t for a long time
