Hey guys I’m sharing my results from my first hardmax which was genioplasty and rhinoplasty combo still a good amount of swelling as it was only 2.5 months ago but here are the results

Again keep in mind I’m still swollen all throughout and especially at the lower third thus my chin appears wider and larger I did a 6mm movement and did not
Widen the chin or get any sort of implants

Future hardmax plans: in may im getting fat grafting for UEE and eyebags in Thailand and will get bimax maybe Marpe as well in the next year and a half ish as he already saved the money

Not anyone famous just one of the better clinics with good before and after In my city I showed morphs of my nose and chin so I could get the exact projection and vertical height I needed

I still have a decent bit of swelling it will be better when swelling goes down in terms of chin to philtrum even now it’s only 2.7 so high end but still not awful

You just have a giga-short philtrum. I initially suspected SFS but you don't have the SFS look.

I suppose you could move it only forwards and not downwards at all I didn’t really get much movement downwards at all tbh maybe 1 mm only a big part of it is my chin is just bigger overall due to swelling and I have a naturally short philtrum as well my ratio went from 2.7 to 3.0

I can prob opt to get it adjusted to reduce vertical height to a more ideal ratio quite easily would you say that would be worth it? Since my main goal was to fix that pulled back recessed look and side profile I didn’t really want to get much length anyways?

I also think it’s upper lip issue my upper lip is near 1:1 with lower in height which is unideal as lower should be 1.5x this issue shortens my philtrum length

yeah during my recovery I’ve binged all his vids as I took a semester off school and am LDARing definitely has some good points but I think he takes it a bit to the extreme on some points that’s just not realistic
