MY FIRST HARDMAX RESULTS Genioplasty+rhinoplasty

Hey guys I’m sharing my results from my first hardmax which was genioplasty and rhinoplasty combo still a good amount of swelling as it was only 2.5 months ago but here are the results

Again keep in mind I’m still swollen all throughout and especially at the lower third thus my chin appears wider and larger I did a 6mm movement and did not
Widen the chin or get any sort of implants

Future hardmax plans: in may im getting fat grafting for UEE and eyebags in Thailand and will get bimax maybe Marpe as well in the next year and a half ish as he already saved the money

Definitely has gotten smaller this was not even 2 months post rhinoplasty so it was even bigger slightly then before surgery, also my chin has also gone down a decent bit I’ll post update soon

Just by basic forward advancement, your chin now looks wider?

Also, as I have researched, the best option for UEE are implants, fat tends to dissolve.

Eyeballing it I thought it was like 3+

Anyways the high end of ideal is around 2.5

I still don't think it's that big of a problem though, you look more harmonious than before

I have the same problem, my maxilla is a bit recessed and my philtrum is short, but my chin is vertically a bit too long. Ik that a better maxilla would make my chin appear more proportionate, but I think I’d also need a genio to shorten my chin a tad bit.

Thats at least what me and my ortho agreed with as an initial plan.

I already have my braces on, my lf1 will be in like 1.5 years

It was just swollen still now it’s gone down it’s the same width as before also if fat cells survive it’s essentially permanent so if they overfill and it’s done well it’s better for UEE I feel like implants will look really weird and ogre when I just want soft tissue hooding

Looks great bro i do also have mild chin recession and an over projected nose im planning to fix the nose only for now

How was the swelling timeline in general. I've heard for genio it peaks at day 3 then by end of week two its down 70-80% with the last bit taking 2-3 months
