COURSE: 6 MONTHS
INJECTION DAYS: MON + THU

ABALOPARATIDE (ABL)

· Vial: 2.7 mg powder (lyophilizate).
· Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water to final concentration 250 mcg/mL.
· Insulin syringe U-100 (31G). Draw 0.16 mL = 16 units (40 mcg).
· Inject SC into each gonion (jaw angle) – 0.16 mL per side. Slow, 15 sec per side.

TESTOSTERONE ENANTHATE

· 120 mg = 0.6 mL (if 250 mg/mL). Syringe 3 mL, needle 21–23G.
· IM (glute), 2 hours after ABL.

ANASTROZOLE

· 0.5 mg every 2 days (morning).
· If estrogen breakthrough signs (water retention, oily skin, libido drop) → switch to 0.5 mg/day.

MECHANICAL LOADING (JAW)

· Start 2.5–3 hours after ABL injection.
· Chew sugar-free gum for 45 minutes continuously, switch side every 5 min.

SUPPLEMENTS (DAILY)

· Calcium 1000 mg (evening)
· Magnesium 400 mg (morning)

PCT

· Start 2 weeks after last Testosterone shot.
· Clomid 50 mg/day - 4 weeks.

This is too weak an effect, so I will also buy a percussion massager and an AMT01 for better mechanical loading.
