In 2 weeks i will undergo a surgery for the first time in my life and it will fix one of my biggest halos EVER. Its not for the face though. Im getting a bowleg operation, dont know the exact name for the surgery but ill show how it works.
heres a photo of three separate knees. i have the third. so my legs and knees look mad wierd hahaha. Now i never had a problem with it until maybe 2023 when my insecurities grew. I became more aware of how i looked, and everytime someone took a photo of me i only saw these ugly ahh legs. Its such a halo, like when you look at me its the first thing you notice. It will go from thh third to the second. so from ´´genu varum´´ to ´´normal´´.
how will it worK?. So my surgeon basicly said that they will cut out a piece of bone from inside the knee and make my leg straight, then screw on plates which will hold my bones together until all the bonemass grows back.
Will i get taller? yes, but not much. im already very short ( not something i struggle with suprisingly) but i will become 1-2cm taller. not more than that though.
how much did it cost? Nothing, hahaah i literally got it for free. and by accident aswell. i went to my local doktors office and said i was flatfooted and asked for those insoles you put in your shoes. But this guy, this amazing, nice, cool guy sent a note to the orthopedic clinic and said i had extreme knee pain, WHICH I NEVER SAID HAHAAHH. so they called me and said i might be a candidate for this operation. And i IMMEDIATELY started larping about issues surrounding my knees and shit. they belived ALL of it hahhahha. so yea its all free and i get 5 days in the hospital with nice hot food and whatever.
Although i wanna get facial surgery in the future this is the start. Im very privileged to live in a country with free health care. and i pray to god i get taller stronger and better looking.
oh and btw i gotta do one knee now in october and the second one about 5-6 months later so i can grow strong in teh first one. So yea its a pretty big procedure. THanks for reading!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but yea bowlegs is very unspoken of here im fortunate to get the surgery for free aswell
