My first week on reta + MASSIVE deficit of around 1500 kcal a day

Im looking better then ever, loosing fat fasted then ever before, i 2mg on Tuesday and i started getting slightly hungry on Saturday night so i js drank a glass of milk and pinned 0.5mg, i have not gotten any side effects besides of very mild hairloss and im as debloted as never before, i look in the mirror and look better everyday.

good shit. however im skeptical of how good a deficit of 1500kcal is for muscle retention. any comments?

hairloss is not a side effect... you are probably deficient in something. make sure to take a multi + fish oil + d3 and k2 daily with your biggest meal it should stop this from happening. you also want to make sure you are getting adequate calcium etc so you don't lose bone mineral density.

Havent lost any strength yet, im on raw carnivore right now to maximize my nutrients

I haven’t lost strength yet, infact i have gained strength in some exercises but i have very above average muscle building genetics and im on carnivore
