You probably have the other weak thirds, which makes your forehead look big

I think 5 cm would be quite small, I CBF measuring mine tho so I might be wrong. Regardless the size itself doesn't matter, it's all about the ratios. Your forehead should be 1/3 of your face, so it depends on midface length and jaw size which vary person to person. A large forehead isn't that big of a deal anyway, provided you arnt balding/thinning.
