Of course of course, but that overall leaness manipulates how my mind sees photos of myself, makes me feel like iam less bloated, the photos below are a great example of what I mean, there isnt a massive difference but the photo on the right was taken when I was at 19% body fat, the one on the left (a week or two ago ) was taken at 22% body fat, iam just excited to see how my face will look at a lower and lower body fat percentage , and the benefit of losing the extra fat around my body is pretty good on its own
