I’ve seen people over fix with expanders and they seem to work and if your forward growth is so dog shit can’t hurt can it I’d guess this guys over 5

You can see if someones zygos are out and there nose is well supported from forward growth. I have pretty shit maxilla aswell, and my mandible is shit even though my thirds are fully balanced my gonial angle is still a tad high, which is surprising how its not even higher cuz my ramus is actually tiny

oh bywthon. I mean I don't really agree with the facemask, but I do like marpe. to be fair im getting it for other reasons other then aesthetics. My ortho's only cared about straight teeth and were tryna get braces on me again, but it was cuz my pallate was so narrow was to why my teeth kept getting crooked again. I'm gonna get it soon.

Face mask just give mostly dental tipping if i recall, but its just your sutures stages on what devices work or not.
