My friend admitted to being jealous of me

Really weird interaction in general but hes been my friend for the past 10 years (hes aware of bp) and he admited to being jealous of me because of my height and looks, also talked to me about how my parents are together and he would wish to have the same.

It was honestly really weird, I didnt even know what to say, Idk if I should put him into the things that Ive done but I think it could be worse considering he would understand I got lucky and it wasnt just genes yk.

I dont get how you get the guts to tell that to somebody honestly, I respect it.
