My friend drinks Chlorine Dioxide Solution

He drinks it because it is supposed to increase O2 in blood for gym. He also eats only raw meat and does other Aspie shit he believes in. What do you think are the chances he is getting sick or dies from salmonella or this Chlorine shit?

he would be better off taking acetozalamide which increase co2 levels in the blood and thus through the bohr effect increases oxygen saturation
