its your life and your decision at the end of the day. i did the research, i made my decision knowing very well the risks involved and take measures to conserve my health. to me, it was worth it. it ascended me and i am living my dream ascension life i wanted so badly many years ago. i dont regret it even slightly. ive been maintaining my best body composition quite easily for many years now and my health markers are fine. if i were to be pushing more size upwards of 240lbs+ id be a lot more at risk than i am now at 213lbs.
