My friend is asking for advice

One of my close friends saw that I have a looskmax.org account and asked me for a favour. He wants to know about general advice on what he should do to looksmax and look better in general. He says that he believes he has pretty decent bone structure and he used to have hollow cheeks. Surgeries are not an option for him.
