Guys so today after a snowball fight during school I was having a snowball fight with this one girl and my friend Dylan just joins in without asking later after he throws a snowball at my face multiple times I thought he would be chill with me throwing one at him too so I threw one snowball against him and it accidentally landed on his face and and after that a girl group who me and Dylan were walking with just did nothing as dylan proceeded to beat me up and there was whole time a kid with us the whole time so I didn't land a single punch on dylan because I didnt wanna traumatize the kid so I only blocked but that led to dylan chasing me across the town and because of that I seriously need fighting tips, dylan is 5-8 centimeters taller than me and he is from Suriname and is brown and before this fight I was already having depression so I tried to go to a bridge after school the same day and I was seriously thinking about jumping but a dog stopped near me and his owner had him on a leash but the dog still didn't go away from me and he comforted me by just staying there so I didn't jump off so can u guys please give me fighting tips and ways to make my body more durable from punches

Honestly if you want to defend yourself or anyone just train any combat sport . I started with kickboxing, assuming you are dutch that is the best country to practice it anyway.
