My friend keeps posting suicidefuel stories how do i tell him to calm down

This whole BP when he found it has ruined his entire mindset ever since and I don't think its making his mental health better. I never introduced him to it in the first place either though. Kind of scared he might rope. I've told him many times before to calm down but he doesn't listen.

Not worth trying to play therapist ultimately he's gonna have to figure out shit on his own as a man
