My friend Killed himself while I was on Holiday

He had always had snoring issues, years ago he went to some doctor in Eastern Sydney to get some surgery on his septum, did 4 sessions. (Doctor wasnt even Jewish but an Irish guy).

Apperntly all these years he had some "empty nose syndrome" issue where its a rare complication where u can ever breath properly and there is no treatment.

I got the news from his family that he finally ended his life, idk what to even do anymore.

So Apperntly he could not sleep properly for years, he would feel like his drowning.

It was making him schizophrenic too

I always thought the schizo stuff he said about jews was trolling
