I assume your ICD is okay and only your PFL and IPD are low, right? Do you really need it? My grandma is a strabismus surgeon, and I was talking with her about things like intraorbital fractures and osteotomies, and she was telling me it's extremely unpredictable what eyeballs will do after those procedures. Even the muscles around the eyes are super delicate

So you have more like eyeballs pointing inward despite normal orbital width and distance, just bad positioning of the medial wall? Your outer scleral triangle is way bigger than the inner one, right? Do you even need tripod? Wouldn't a medial implant with lateral decompression be enough?

Exactly my eyeballs are somehow pointing inwards, if you were to blur out my pupils so u cant see u wouldnt guess i have low ipd because the shape of the eye in of itself is where its supposed to be if that makes sense. A picture would be worth a thousand words

Yes im saved by eye shape and normal pfl otherwise it wouldve been over, i even get compliments on my eyes sometiems by girls ofc i wouldve mogged a lot harder w normal ipd

My midface is 64-65mm so my Mfr is around 0.96 rn

Not rlly a failo, rather masculinizing for me but after Ill have around 1.01

I think I was meant to look like this anyways bc I have an aggressive personality too thats correlated w masculine ratios like longer midface etc
