Yes, you don't "learn" a language. You get used to it.

Think about your native language. You never learned it. You just got used to it.

Actively study with an audio based program for one or two hours a day. For much of the rest of the day you're gonna want to be immersing yourself in the language. That means watching movies and all sorts of YouTube content in your target language. You want to be listening to a lot of music in the language as well.

And don't get too caught up in trying to learn the rules of grammar, especially at first. That will burn you out. Your understanding of grammar will naturally evolve as time goes on without you really even having to try.
