I wanna start a business or smth, not even expecting it to yield any results just for experience even, but my friends are honestly so lazy and every day they just go home and watch tv. I know I could start one by myself but I like to run ideas by other people first in case there’s a risk or smth I’ve missed. Shall I try to motivate them to help me and if so how or shall I just give up and do it myself and accept the risks?

Biggest mistake i've made was working with others. When i was 15 i started a clothing brand with my friend who had a job and we got 8000 dollars in sales our first drop (people usually lose money their first drop) however it was chinese new year and the manus couldnt ship. My friend gave up on the clothing brand and i couldnt do it without him since he was the designer and i managed the marketing aspect of it. My solo business is doing great and i dont have to rely on anyone but myself.

dont let sick people infect you by staying around, im not saying cut them of but keep your business and friends separate and dont let them ruin your goals, id rather drop a few friends and end a life goal for them but also a big thing i would advise is.
Make new friends who actually want to do stuff in business, online is good but in person is prob better but online a wider range so higher quality, just dont be lazy your self and procrastinate and actually start doing business.
