Both times i was with him so that's how I know, pretty sure there are more instances like this
1: we were out and about, and he decided to approach 2 girls after I challenged him, their second sentence was quietly "GO AWAY"
2: he talked to some girls he knows from the gym, one of them gave him her Instagram, and later blocked him??
And despite this he's still approaching, he also doesn't really recognize social cues, no idea how he doesn't lose confidence
