I'm talking REALLY affectionate. He told me the cat whinges and cries for at least 2 hours when I leave his house.
Whenever I'm over, she is extremely excitable and runs around licking me and headbutting me. Last night I was asleep and woke up to her bumping her nose off of mine which is apparently a really affectionate thing for a cat to do because they trust you so much they would put their face against yours.
It's not uncommon for animals to prefer to be around me than their owners though for some odd reason. I appreciate it, but I wonder if people will begin resenting me because their pets look at me more favorably than the person who feeds and houses them.
I never give animals food either so it isn't that. I only give them my attention every so often and never force myself onto an animal to pet them. I always give them space to trust me.
I have wild birds landing 6ft away from me and singing, at my first job wild rabbits would take food out of my hand.
I've never known anyone else with this ability and its somewhat frightening. Why do I have the power to turn animals into extremely high trust friends?
