I was sitting on the ground, with my back agaisnt the wall today. He was sitting next to me and said to me my zygos looks alot biggrr than last year. This friend of mine is recently into lm and has been kinda asking me what i did. He knows i bonesmash and i told him to keep it a secret bc i dont want other classmates to find out i do weird things bc im already pretty weird at school. So he was asking me what I've done and i dont rlly want to drag him into this bc i once answerd my other OLD friend qurestion abt bsing and he does actually does it seriously but sometimes hes rlly corny and does it in class or while learning online. Should i tell this friend what i did? Bc he was mirin my zygos so bad and saying my face look lean

Im sorry but without solid proof ill never believe bone smashing actually works. How do you know your zygos grew because of bone smashing and not PUBERTY

Bc they popped more in a pretty short amount of time, and i only saw alot more progress when i started it. B4 i only had an expander and it did pop my zygos a lil bit but no one rlly noticed. Not only until i bs then ll noticed more. I wouldnt say that it is some crazy progress bc its part of the swelling that they looked bigger but without the swelling they still look bigger. Also with the swelling a feel more confident so im j going to do it anyway, havent had any side yet

Please REP ME. I did not follow any protocol, only did them daily until a lil bruise show up, bc my parents noticed bruises so i had to go lighter. Sometimes i would go harder when im stressing.
