Don't bother, my friends thought I was gay when I told them it's much harder to look good as a male than it is to look good as a female.

Some peoples' eyes remain covered and ears deafened no matter what you do or say.

He might be thinking about extreme cases and not the subtle differences that set people apart from eachother.

Yeah, many people do all kinds of mental gymnastics to be oblivious about the importance of looks but in my experience many people including women are open about it.

one of my managers was a micro manager foid and she would berate this one asian kid who was quiet and slow to produce work whereas a chadlite intern just the previous term basically did nothing and she was on super amicable terms with him and even told him the door is always open if he wants to intern with us the following term

Your brain is reflected on your face and your face affects your reflection you see in other people and it changes you for the better if you get positive validation due to your looks and vice versa which affects lifestyle choices.

Symmetric, pretty face means probably better developed brain. Not always but most of the time.

Yeah there's lots of them. Typically it's a different kind of gl though, quite hard to explain accurately.
And the ugly intelligent ones often still look intelligent but ugly.
Of course there's always some outliers and accurate assessment of intelligence is hard.

There could also be a halo effect which makes gl people appear more intelligent than they are.
