my hyoid looks okay when im not talking right my tongue posture is good and i dont have any loose skin but the SECOND i open my mouth that shit shoots down and i look like a fucking retard please tell me what to do
 
Chin tucks and Neck curls, if that doesn’t work then just snip it off with a scissor
