my hyoid looks okay when im not talking right my tongue posture is good and i dont have any loose skin but the SECOND i open my mouth that shit shoots down and i look like a fucking retard please tell me what to do

i figured it out its not my hyoid its my recessed ass face and mandible and thats why chin tucks barely seem to work.
still gonna do them though
