i know but no judge is gonna convict or arrest home-owners for shooting invaders, in most cases. Except a few rare cases, like if its white teenagers/rich teens.

believe it or not, these laws vary from state to state taking the motion out of it, he was climbing out a window, she wasn't in emediate danger.
But i think the person did it out of emotion and anger, because she had all this time to shoot him in the home, but waited till he was in vunerable postion while climbing out a window. ]

going by logic he still should have died. you invade someone's home you give up your right to live period. of course she waited until he had his hands occupied doing something else, she wasn't gonna risk him pulling out a gun faster than her. unfortunately i live in a cuck country where the only scenario that justifies shooting a home invader is if they started shooting at you first... fucking lol

yep im sure the owner checked him up that he had no stuff or weapons on him as it was supposed to be pitch black at night and shit
