My stats right now are 17 (18 in 3 weeks) 179cm 70kg
this is only my plan for now. im not done. give my recommendations and tell me if its cope or not.

Hair​

  • Shampoo: 1x every 2 weeks

  • Conditioner: 1x per week (one of those times should be right after shampoo)

  • Styling: curl cream + light hairspray (hairspray causes buildup, so keep it minimal)

  • Haircut: keep volume on the sides but clean it up

  • Style goal: slick-back curly hair




Eyebrows​

  • Professional shaping: il maybe get it

  • Cleanup: eyebrow razor as needed

  • Black dye: 1x every 2 weeks (on shampoo day)

  • Castor oil: every night




Eyes​

  • White eye drops: daily

  • Lazy eye training: 5–10 minutes daily (eye muscle exercises)




Eyelashes​

  • Dye: every 2 weeks (mayby)

  • Castor oil: every night

  • Lash lift: mayby

  • Curl: only when needed




Nose​

  • Accutane: should help overall

  • Hydrocortisone (temporary “fraud”):
    • daily for 2 weeks before big events

Mirin a user actually following a decent non-larp protocol, most people here put in no effort or post about hopping on 10 different roids and proceed to do nothing

My critiques would be:
  1. You’ll want to reduce the appearance of your forehead with your hair, consider a style that covers it. An exposed hairline is only a halo when you have a good forehead size, I have a similar problem you’ll look like megamind brushing it all back.
  2. No goatee unless you can grow a proper moustache and even then I don’t think it works with your skull shape, experiment with stubble if you can grow it all around if not clean shave
  3. Bonesmashing is a meme I wouldn’t bother with it, if you insist then just use it for a zygo “pump” because thats all its good for but it looks aspie as hell
  4. May as well switch to U/L (or FBEOD) now, PPL x6 is going to be more fatiguing for less stimulus, research the data on training frequency.
  5. For neck curls make sure to progressively overload with weight (not just with a towel like some people I’ve seen) and also don’t go too overboard in the long run or you can get sleep apnea and look disproportionate.
  6. Supplement stack is bloated and some stuff is somewhat cope I’d worry about absorption at that point a lot of things might compete
  7. Fat is important for testosterone, ensure you get adequate levels. Carb timing is important, prioritise them pre/intra workout. Sodium is also pretty important and a lot of the tiktok “knowledge” on “debloating” is cope in reality, having two bananas a day and refusing to salt your food won’t noticeably “debloat” you.
Good luck though the things I’ve mentioned are mostly minor considerations
You should remind yourself though that these things are just softmaxxes and won’t fundamentally alter your bone structure, manage your expectations

2. i feel the goatee helps me hide my awfull mouth area. whats your thought about that?


4. i used to be a gymcell with a insane physique at 16. i lost 10kg and am now coming back to the gym. i enjoy doing ppl more so its easier for me to get back to the gym. but your probably right.

6. it is somewhat cope. i am on trt rn and and getting my health up for a blast phase. i researched most of them to see if they compete and it doenst look like it. i split it up into my 3 meals.


7. i am on trt but didtn mention it. i started peds at around 14 with a cope mk2866 cycle then went to test primo anavar proviron after doing probably a year of nd research. at 15. also i get sodium but mostly before my workout as an electrolyte. its hard for me to get potassium since coconut water in my country is sooo expensive. i would spend 20 dollars a day on it. lol

but thank you very much. i will take it all into consideration. oh and heres a pic of gymcell me at 16 ;)

oh and also. is my forehead big? isnt it just my lower third thats small and makes it look bigger + lens distoration. if you look in the mirror pic of my physique id say it isnt that bad

Peds at 14 is crazy, mirin the ambition but be careful particularly wrt fertility, premature hair loss etc starting so young. You want to avoid having to use dht blockers before you’re fully finished developing

Goatee might work when you get proper density in the moustache area but right now it isn’t it.

Workout split isn’t that important tbh if you prefer PPL you won’t be at a major disadvantage staying on it, its just that only one rest day is pretty fatiguing

Plus it adds vertical length to your chin which you absolutely don’t want, you want to make your face look wider it anything.

Looks bad in front camera pics its alright in the mirror one, might just be angle/distortion idk
Also something I just noticed, do you shave your inner eyebrows or something? If so stop immediately they’re very far apart

yeah i do and i recently noticed that it looks horible lol. i will grow them out now. im going to a place that will shape my eyebrows and dye them + my lashes for 50 bucks. id say its worth

yeah. i did peds very early but dont regret it for now since im pretty into all the pharma stuff and think i know what i am doing. i was cooked before peds with bonemass and im pretty sure it helped. i only use primo for when i am on blast to avoid high estrogen sides. i would say i havent expericended balding "yet" il try to get a small stuble on my face and see if it helps with a little contrast

would you say i should go for the solo moustache look mayby? the moustache i can "grow" is very very thin

get a septum piercing for ur philtrum lol even if u think it's gay it's life changing, get a fake one first to really decide
