So on june 10, 2026, i underwent custom jaw surgery with dr stringer. it was a long process and tough recovery but for what it is, i love the result and it changed my life and health. as for the jaw surgery, here are the details
it was a complex assymetry case with moderate recession so i got 3d repositioning with a higher cut ~2mm le fort 1,(they usually cut slightly below the nose), ~3-4mm bsso, and ~6mm genio with slight ccw rotation. overall i got about 1cm of projection and a custom implant to even out the gonions and act as a fixation plate.
now the next obvious step is rhinoplasty and alarplasty. i have to wait about a year for all the jaw surgery changes to set in but its something ive talked to my mom about and shes financially supporting me so that will be the next step. for the rhinoplasty i hope to get a slightly less wide nose, more definition, and less bridge curvature. im a bit nervous for this one as its easy to botch and revisions are hard so i need to find a good surgeon.
now if my parents switch up on me, ill get rhinoplasty when i get more money. the things i will do on my own will be infraorbital and or malar implants or fat grafting with it with possible jaw angle implants down the line. i wanna reach my maximum natural potential first though and get lean and fix my diet and gymcel thhe rest of the way.
there could be 50 other surgeries i could get but i think these 3 will move the needle the most
