-There will be a huge carnival in a few weeks lasting a few days
-everyone from my neighborhood, everyone I know, and thousands of teens are going from all over the city, I will see a lot of people I know, alot of people who know people I know, and more.

-Its so huge, that some of the people I see there I will probably see again randomly as a coincidence
-Its so huge, that a girl I lose my KHHV to is likely to know somebody that knows me and/or is following me on insta

When I asked him to go with me he said "maybe" then "yes" mixed signals, idk,
we meetup twice a month and I'm way closer to him then he is to me. I've known him for 2 years.
However, he like REALLY REALLY knows me, heck I've shown him some posts on here

After asking him to link, and he actually hung out with other friends without inviting me,
and he said he thought I had work so he didn't know if I could come, even though he doesn't know my exact hours and yeah I doubt he would've invited me anyway but who knows
But hey, at least he didn't lie and said I could come afterwards even tho I would be late since its a movie.
telling him another situation on text and he was like "cool", idk,
I notice that this friend has a cool down time, this means, once I link or call with him, he is dry and cold sometimes sarcastic,
but after a few weeks and months he's really eager to link with me.
Im not gonna text him unless he texts me or until the carnival

Rules
1: don't approach girls that look high status or high appeal
2: don't approach girls that look out of my league and look like fucking adults than me(I'm 16), because there likely to laugh me off as a joke since its like a baddie with a nerd, which then my friend group will be affected
3: ideally, ethnic latina girls that aren't thugmaxxed, again, most frat white girls will just see me as a little kid.

4: Keep trying, and go everyday when its open.
5: Dont get into fights, don't get lost.
