cutting, i bulked up to 187 lbs and it was overkill for my proportions, so im leaning down rn. the photo from the gym mirror is maybe even 190 lbs (christmas smh)

what exactly? i was given a subhuman treatment for most of my life and now things are just getting better. i take my inspiration from androgenic, and even though im not a 6'5 monster, its still viable for me and most of you to achieve insane things with enough hard work and willpower. trust the process, do whatever it takes and optimize every metrics in your life.
