Use only natural foods (breast milk from ages 0-3 preferably), and supplement your child's needs - for example, children have huge iron deficiencies in early ages, so red meat and especially liver is very crucial. Milk, bone marrow, bone broth, etc. is all very good for calcium and other benefits. Milk should be raw for optimal vitamins of course.

You can gradually introduce them to fruits, because your kid deserves to taste nature's sugar. As long as it's not overdone then it's fine.
