Looks great. How is your bite now? Any ortho prep needed?

no prep, bit is a little off (very very very slight cant and basically no depth). Ortho said all things considered it looked good for just having a decently big bimax and it can be corrected back to my original bite with invisilign. Id say the post op bite is only like 1mm off in total compared to the planned bite.

Giant has advocated against removing plates, did he say anything about that?

Here are my censored results from Trimax with full face implants from giant implants and burak ercin. The jaw angles are a tad bit asymmetrical- nothing terrible and I’m probably getting them replaced in a few months (since I want to take the BSSO plates out to give a slim out my mid mandible and they are connected together). I’ll have them replaced and also probably going to add several mms of ramus height (def huge jaw ascension as you can tell but some added length on the ramus will be a great refinement). Aside from that, I had a slight displacement on my Supras (we’re talking 1-2 mms MAX) that is causing some unlucky bulkiness to one of my eyelids. I’ll have to get that repositioned in the next few weeks since that one is a very obvious asymmetry (really the displacement itself is barely noticeable just bad luck with how the soft tissue has chosen to settle). Overall I am very happy with the results, and aside from the two minor revisions I just mentioned, I will be getting an otoplasty, veneers, infraorbital fat grafting in my tear troughs, probably buccal fat removal, and some pharmaceutical grade skin care to improve redness and coloring as my 2nd round of ascension. Ask any questions below.
